How Artificial Intelligence Can Change the Ways Employees Learn and Perform

19 mai 2022
Salle Londres
Déploiement e-learning & Stratégie

In this session, we’ll discuss new learning and just-in-time performance support experiences that can be created by using AI and other new technologies. These uses of AI allow us to reimagine learning in ways that are personalized and truly integrate with an employee’s workflow and even their life, rather than simply translating classroom-based instructional methods to be delivered with the help of technology. This new approach to learning and performance is intended to be revolutionary rather than evolutionary and relies heavily on AI.

For example, an AI-driven system can learn about each individual learner’s abilities, strengths, and areas for improvement, and also about their preferences and interests. We will also explore examples of AI-driven learning and look to the next generation of learning experiences. We’ll also discuss potential concerns as AI-driven education evolves, along with the potential large-scale, positive impact that artificially intelligent educational experiences can have on society
