The 70:20:10 framework : from learning value to business value
For working adults most learning happens as part of daily activities and while interacting with others. The best learning solutions help bring learning and working together. They do this by supporting [a] learning in preparation for working; [b] learning as part of working; and [c] learning from working. This session will explore the practical ways the 70:20:10 model can be used as a framework for performance-based learning approaches to help strengthen and extend formal learning and exploit learning from working and learning from others. When used well, 70:20:10 serves as an important approach for building high-performing workforces and creating business impact.
