As artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and other new technologies become more and more useful and more readily available, there’s an opportunity for organizations to re-envision their approach to learning and performance. Learning experiences with new technologies that are designed around employees and their needs can help the employees work more comfortably and more effectively. In this talk, I’ll discuss new technologies that are available or are on the horizon, and explore how they can best be used to create experiences for employees that are personalized, engaging, active, meaningful, relevant--and help them perform better.
