Ana Freitas is an Instructional Designer with over 20 years experience in different training and ID roles in different global locations and continents including extensive experience in African markets such as Angola and Sao Tome and Principe. Ana has proven experience in the implementation of social sustainability projects, in several areas such as diversity, equality and inclusion programs and how this is impacted by culture, languages, religion and tradition, health, sanitation, agriculture and environment, gender and youth issues. Ana has extensive experience in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Cooperation and Development Projects in all Portuguese-speaking African countries and Timor-Leste and Brazil. She is also experienced in the organization of Conferences and Workshops with the participation of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, as well as performed for more than a decade as the representative of international organizations in the countries where the social projects were implemented. Ana has also accumulated experience as a University Lecturer and as an invited speaker at conferences.
