Achim is the director of AI Delivery at Lakeside Analytics (www.lakeside-analytics.com), a division of Learning and Growth LTD in London.
He comes from an IT background with an additional MBA in Management Consulting and a profound education in coaching and psychology. With 25 years of management consulting experience, he can look back on numerous international projects, from software development for the ISS, to ERP system implementations and more recently BI/AI integration. It is the combination of a technology-, business- and people-centric knowledge, that allows him to be a valued business partner on all organizational levels. Achim sees innovation as a key competitive advantage, but he also emphasises the need for accountability when it comes to responsibly deploying latest technology. With the rise of AI and the accompanying challenges and in light of ethical and socio-economical considerations, his focus has shifted towards AI data & deployment strategy. Achim’s mission: „to enable people and organizations to see beyond what is currently possible, develop new perspectives and leverage solutions to enable sustainable growth.
