Having had multiple roles, across different industries, around the globe, Eileen has had to learn, unlearn and relearn skills throughout her career. She has worked with organisations to ascertain skills that are needed in the moment, as well as skills that will be needed for the future of work. Her passion is merging learning with fun, practical application and business strategy to ensure success.
Originally from Ireland, Eileen lived in New Zealand for 18 years. The time she spent there has added a depth and richness diversity to her career and life. During the pandemic, she and her family returned to Ireland where she now works as Principal Talent Partner for LinkedIn and calls Cork home.’
