Franck Gaillard is an HR professional with over 20 years of training and human resource experience with an emphasis on learning and development. He started his career as a Navy Officer (specialized in Applied Psychology) in charge of defining and deploying training methods. After that, he worked successively as Consulting and Training manager (Software industry), Group and Network Director (Vocational Training for retail workforce), HR Business Partner (Alstom TS South-West Europe & Africa) and since 2016, Franck has taken up the position of Global L&D Director at Alstom. He notedly oversees developing the Corporate University and “i-Learn” digital learning portal which has recently become also a new service provided to Alstom’s customers.
