Matteo Cassese
Keynote Speaker & Business Coach,
Mythmaker
Matteo Cassese is an international keynote speaker and executive coach working at the intersection of AI and leadership. His keynotes guide leaders through disruptive times in a deeply human and highly practical way: what leaders have to become when execution turns fast, cheap and plentiful. The talk getting the most traction right now is "AI won't replace you. But it will erase you.", about what he calls agentic fever: the FOMO, cognitive overload and productivity obsession that hits teams when they start working alongside machines that never sleep. Engineers feel it first; leaders are next.
Twenty years across tech, film and consulting: over a decade in digital marketing at Warner Bros. Pictures, the launch of Netflix in Italy, then consulting for global technology and media companies. Clients include Netflix, LinkedIn, Sony, PwC, Heineken, ING, ABN AMRO and Vinted. Stages include SXSW, IFA, GITEX Europe, Campus Party, Reeperbahn Festival and Infoshare.
